| Looking for advice and suggestions
Hello all, I am new to this message board. I am 26 years old and I have known that I have had PCOS for about 4 years. I have been taking metforim for about a year now, but I must say not on a regular baises because it keeps me in the bathroom all day.
I have been married for 5 years and up until about a year ago we have not been ready to concieve. However we really want a baby now I am finding it very hard to find a good doctor where I live. I am very frustrated and I find that everyone around me is getting pregnant many of them who don't even want to be and I hate to have bad feelings about it but I am finding it hard to deal with.
I know that I need to get myself on track and take the metformin on a regular basis and just suck it up. I guess I am just looking for any helpful advice or suggestions, and some success stories to encourage me. I am also woundering if anyone had any suggestions on how to lose weight. I am very active and try to exercise on a regular basis but it seems to do nothing. Each year I countinue to gain weight.
If anyone has any advice please post back.
Truly struggling,
