what is the medicine that i can use for high testosterone,my Dr prescribe aldactone for me but I'm so afraid of using it because of too many side affect.please i need to know

I'M A WOMAN AGE 34 MY TESTOSTERONE LEVEL IS 14.5 .please help me and if there is any other natural product other than aldacton 100mg.thank

forgot to tell you that i went to the doctor because I difficulty losing weight and fatigue and i have a luck f vitamin D .

Saw Palmetto may help lower your testosterone levels. Furthur to this i am yet to find a natural product that will help lower testosterone levels. You should also prob add Wheatgrass to balance your hormornes and CodLiverOil for the Vitamin D.
