My last three or so cycles have begun with a pain in my lower left abdomen, this time i am 1 day late for my period and the pain is travelling around to my back-a few people have told me that i could have ovarian cysts. I have just had my yearly pap smear and everything was fine. I did a pregnancy test today and it was negative. What i am wanting to know is
