Question PCOS = more eggs than someone who doesn't have PCOS?

I was wondering, since I don't ovulate, does that mean I have more eggs than a person who doesn't have PCOS?

No, it means that your eggs never develop to full maturity and therefore are not released from your ovaries.

Right,I'm agreeing with Simmy.
I think it is more because with PCOS we have high testosterone levels and our bodies don't produce enough of the ovulating hormone.I have never heard of us having too many eggs.
