| New to this site...
Hello all. I am new to this site. I was on a previous forum site and didn't go on in a long time and just found out that there was too much spam and the site was unavailable to use. So I did some research and found this site.
after trying to conceive for six months and couldn't figure out why, I finally went to a specialist. I then was diagnosed with PCOS and wasn't too sure what it is. One of my friends has it and never really understood what it was so I was pretty curious to learn as to what exactly I had. After months and months of research, I finally got a grasp as to what exactly I have and all the symptoms I will be experiencing. My dr put me on meteor in 500 ml two times a day. It took me about a year to get use to it as I was always sick: dizzy, nausea, diarrhea, headaches and not eating very much. Once my body became immune to it, it's been fine.
Now, the weight loss battle has gotten me. I have been reading different people's weight loss stories with having PCOS and most say they tried envicta, which is an injectable medication. I don't really feel comfortable doing an injection daily....I know eating habits and exercise is key...but many other people have been saying to incorporate cinnamon in your diet daily? Anyone else heard of this or know if it helps?
