Chris, What about Panic Disorder?
Hi Chris. Does the same method discussed under symptoms of PTSD apply for PD? I'm just curious is using hydrocortisone, etc. will be as effective for people who suffer Panic Disorder as it is for people who suffer from PTSD?

Hi Chris. I've been to the thyroid board and experts are saying I'm low normal thyroid. I've been to so many different docs with this and get no where, I just have given up on them. Maybe I will check out the Osteopath doc.
