How's everyone's dizziness and nerves?
All the other PTSD people out there, are you feeling off balance and nervous like me?

I use to feel nervous walking around etc. But since i've been with my Bf (3 years now) it's easier. I know that I am cautious still around people, and I know when someone is not right, because my alarms go off, so I know to stay away from certain people.

Good for you. I am learning this but still get dizzy, especially with trigger points.

Triggers for me I don't get dizzy. I freeze pretty much. Get depressed. Dizziness was never a huge factor for me.
