Throughout the years, I have been diagnosed with so many different things that I wasn't sure if I agreed with PTSD diagnoses. I always thought of it as someone who experienced war would go through and not someone like me. However, after researching it, it definately makes sense.
In therapy, my counselor does some work with EMDR. Does anyone else do this or have any experience with it? If so, what do you think of it?
Sometimes my emotions hurt so bad that I want to curl up into a ball and just disappear for a while.
