Hi. I've been there before when it comes to reading new books. There is always that negative feeling as to whether or not the book will help or do more harm. The first thing I always do is sit down with the book on a table and put both my hands on the book and close my eyes. I try to feel any positive vibrations coming from the book. Sometimes I don;'t even have to open the book to get a positive or negative feeling. Sometimes I feel better just knowing that I have tried anything to better myself. If you begin to feel happy or light, then open the book and do the same thing with the next page. Do not force yourself to read anything that may make you feel sad. Always remember that books are made to be sold, and sometimes thy don't do anything but confuse you. Your best bet is to talk to people that have experienced the same thing as you have. Listen to wisdom earned.
