| PSTD - Health Scare
Hi guys,
Im new to this.. About 2 months ago, I had a major health scare.. Theres a possibility I was HIV + & I got very upset, didnt eat or sleep for 2 weeks until I found out i was negitive. About 4/5 weeks ago, I started feeling really depressed & I didnt know why.. I saw a counciller yday & she said she thought I had post traumatic stress from the incident. Ive been doing what I can to manage the physical side of it like eating healthy, excercising etc. I talked to her & my family about how I feel and Im going to take star of bethlahem. Later today Im going for some reflexology & rekki to help.
Is there anything else I can do?
Do think it will pass? If so, roughly how long will it take?
I hate it because Its making me feel miserable about everything & Im not really a miserable person.. I want my life back the way it was. Can someone please help?!
