a few months ago i was witness to something traumatic that made my whole body and mind go into shock i started shaking and screaming and crying.. i tried to ignore it but it still upset me as time went on.. i lost it over what i was witness to and i had nightmares about it thought i saw what i saw out in front of me sometimes.. and then like that.. now its gotten only worse.. and i think it caused me to have some kind of nervous breakdown cuz i feel shaky and my mind is all over the place and ive always had anxiety but i guess ive been ignoring what i was witness to and now its taking over my mental health and i feel weak and i see things that arent there and its been happening for a while now just things around me a person or a book or any object or other people that arent there ive been having trouble sleeping i think i really need help and my mind may be in complete shock after what i saw.. it def sounds like it now i feel shaky and i see things that arent there? well i think i need help. anyone know what i should do? this also had to do with terrible greif over someone and i thought i was seeing them as well as if they were contacting me so im dealing with greif and ptsd.. i need so much help =(
