 off-topic chatting needs to stop
Some of you are using this board as a chat room. It must stop.
Post on topic, to all readers, and do not call out to your buddies. Cliquey groups have no place on the boards.
The off-topic chatting, bringing up of old off-topic issues, and the deliberate removal of messages needs to stop. Do not post anything that is unfit for everyone else to know then remove it. It is totally unfair to those who come here to read about the board topic.
Do not discuss off-topic health issues on this board, except your own that directly pertains to PTSD, such as stress, depression and anxiety.
If you have other health issues, such as relationship problems, cancer, thyroid, etc. use those boards.
Do not ever assume you know what another member needs. You have no way of knowing. Respect others to make their own decisions what they need. You are not to try to fix others: fix yourself.
Expect to be suspended if you ignore the rules and these instructions.
