Post If you are suicidal...

If You Are Suicidal~

If you you have thoughts of suicide, you need LIVE help, now. No one on this website is qualified to help you.

Please do not try to go it alone~
Right now, iimmediately call 911 if in America, or call a hospital, or call local police for emergency help.

Please feel free to talk about your depression, and let members here encourage you or help you with solutions to problems. But, the boards are NOT an appropriate place for posting that you want to die or threats to commit suicide, hurt others, or to hurt yourself. Such posts will be removed. They are inappropriate here.

If you are suicidal, immediately call 911 if in America, or call a hospital, or call local police for emergency help.

For other possible help:

For the UK, the suicide prevention number is:
08457 90 90 90

Do not try to handle suicidal thoughts by yourself.
Get professionals involved immediately:

People do know how to get you the help you need. Don't give up asking for help. If you really don't plan to harm yourself, then still go to a professional and admit that you are depressed and/or stuck in your depression and don't know what to do to turn around some of the issues that have kept you there.

Ask for help to see where to start. Getting well may hard work, but you can do it.

If in UK or Ireland you may access http://www.samaritans.org.
