i don't have any feelings in my body from ptsd
ifeel emotionally numb in my body and am not happy how can i get help

HI Carlessa,

I went through a period of numbness - I didnt feel any emotions at all and felt disconnected from the world - like i was sleepwalking - what helped me back was seeing a psychologist who helped me talk through what had happened - as isitme said i am wondering if you are getting any help?
