New Med Combo worked on Trauma induced Nightmares

Just wanted to share that my Psychiatrist added Buspar and Klonopin to my med cocktail a week ago and since then my Trauma induced nightmares have reduced by about 80%. I was having nightmares everynight and getting only 2-3 hrs. sleep each night, now I've only had 2 nightmares since last Tuesday and am sleeping about 6 hours a night. He was initially going to put me on Clonodine for the nightmares but my bp stays to low, so that was off the table. I also take Lamictal, Cymbalta, Topomax and a few vitamins/herbals for the BiPolar Disorder but don't think they help much with this new development as they hadn't before.

Oh well I just thought it might help someone else.
