| Re: I don't know what to do
You're not telling the WIC peeps all your symptoms, just that you think you may have it, and that you want to know if they have any idea where to start getting health care when you don't have insurance.
AND (especially) since you have at least your husband to be there for you/the kids, there won't be any removing the kids. IF for some reason someone thought that was the thing to do (which is highly improbable), the kids would first go to him, relatives etc. before anywhere else. He's afraid and coming up with worst case scenario.
See what comes up if you search for postpartum depression, your state. Contact any "Area Coordinator" within the state. She can offer support via telephone or email. You don't sound crazy. Your sentences and paragraphs make sense. Things will go fine. Just stick to finding out how to access mental health care when you don't have insurance. And NO you don't have any thoughts about harming yourself or the kids.
