| diagnosed with postpartum ocd
i was diagnosed with postpartum ocd, the horrific disturbing thoughts started when i changed her nappy at 6 weeks i feel alone in this there are ocd groups thats state the same symptoms however they're obsessions are about different situations i was woundering if theres any women out there who would be willing to discus their symptoms with me so i dont feel alone i dont wish to openly discus it yet until i meet someone who is going through the same thing cause i dont want to be judged i fear that maybe its postpartum phsycosis half the time even though my theropyst begs to differ please if anyone wishes to speak please do so
