Morning sickness and nausea are basically the same thing. You feel like you want to throw up, and a lot of women do. It can happen any time of the day, not just in the morning. It usually starts around the 4th-6th week of pregnancy and lasts until the 14th-16th. Of course, some women get it sooner, for some it lasts throughout the whole pregnancy, and others never get it at all. You'll know if you have it. It's icky.
