Hi, okay maybe this will help you out a little bit. You see after a guy gets an erection, a small amount of clear fluid is released from the tip of his penis. This is what's known as pre ejaculation. It's said that pre-ejaculation can/does contain sperm. To answer your 2nd question...You CANNOT get pregnant if absolutely no sperm went inside of you. The sperm helps to fertalize the egg, so without it there's no chance for pregnancy to occur. HOWEVER if in which case he does penetrate you there is a possible slim chance you can get pregnant from the pre-ejaculation. I personally have never known anyone to get pregnant from pre-ejaculation, but sources say it's happened before, therefore it's always best to use protection or get on some kind of birth control.
