When was the 1st day of your last period? If its only been a few days its a bit soon to have symptoms. Maybe you are preparing for AF. Are you trying to get pregnant?

AF is aunt flo...or your period. It's been two weeks since your last period, so you could be having pregnancy symptoms. But, then again, you said your conception date would have been the 23rd, so it would be still a little soon to tell yet. Wait another week or so, and then take the test. I conceived last year on October 17th, and by about 2 weeks later, I was having symptoms, and I took a test, and it was positive. So hang in there with the waiting game, it's so tough to have to wait. Good luck!
i said i hope im not gettin my period cuz i want to be pregnant.. is there any way i can make a blood test appointment thurs (cuz it will be one week)..
Blood tests can pick up hCG earlier in a pregnancy than urine tests can. Blood tests can tell if you are pregnant about 6 to 8 days after you ovulate. Urine tests can determine pregnancy about 2 weeks after ovulation. Some more sensitive urine tests can tell if you are pregnant as early as 6 days after you conceive, or one day after you miss a menstrual period. I would call your doctor and see if he/she will even do a blood test that early. They may ask you to wait until you are late before performing the test.
oh really?.. hmm.. im callin my doc now..i made an appointment.. my boyfriend and i really want to be pregnant. but i never used to have cramps or sore boobs wen i didnt have my period im so lost. how do u get pregnant?? if im not we want to try again.
When you said your conception date i am guessing you meant your most fertile day? in which case since that was on the 23rd and today is the 27th that is only 4 days since you and your BF did the baby dance. Since it can take up to 24-48 hours for the sperm to make their way to the egg and for it to be fertilized you would not be experiencing pregnancy symptoms this early. When is AF due? Usually the Doctors office wants you to wait until your first missed cycle before taking the blood test for a more acurate reading. For many women it takes a couple of weeks for the hormone levels to show up even in a blood test. I know by personal experience how wanting to conceive badly can also bring on false pregnancy symptoms too. Good luck to you. The one thing i have learned is not to stress every month while trying to conceive. The more relaxed you are about it, the better the chances. Once again , good luck.
i just want to have a baby...who cares how old i am. i have been brought up near babies and i want one of my own..and wen i get older i dont want to go through the pain of havin kids..18,19,20,21,22,23.. are the ages i alwayz want to have kids and being 23 is the age i want my last.. ok well im leavin
True, that children are not a guarentee; they are a blessing. Right now I do believe it would be too early to take a pregnancy test. I know that when I was pregnant (didn't know it however) I had very tender breasts and was more tired than usual. I had no cravings however and didn't notice much of a differance when I went to the bathroom...as far as frequency trips. But then again every womens experience is different. If you are pregnant than the very best of luck to you. My son is now 5 months old and a handful! You might very well change your mind after you have your first child. I can't believe how expensive they are. But if you're not, then just have fun and continue to try. Be safe and take care of yourself. The very best to you on hopefully 9 months...

Please know that being pregnant and young is not easy. You need to know that having a child is both very joyful and full of hardships. But you seem to think you know what you are doing. So good luck.
hey i am 17 and i am 5 and a half months pregnant. the first thing i noticed was that i felt like i had water in my stomach, and just felt nauseated all the time.
just a bit of advice...I'm also 18 and just had a daughter July 27th...it's easier to go through the labour and birth with the epidural. all through my pregnancy i said i was not going to get the epidural but am i ever glad i did...just a bit of advice for ya.
