It may mean something, (some minor problem) but pregnancy is not even on the list. Is she well otherwise? Just watch and wait, it usually sorts itself out.

No one has ever gotten pregnant though clothing and your girlfriend won't be the history making first time it happens so you should just relax. Whatever else is going on with her period is not pregnancy related because she didn't actually have sex!
