Will she get pregnant?
A friend of mine had accidentally not maybe literally had sex but she was in her underwear and her boyfriend had no cover. Which they were both wet, and suddenly her boyfriend had ejaculated ON her underwear and she thought that it had spread down. Is there a possibility that she can get pregnant?

You cannot get pregnant through clothes. Sperm cannot jump, walk, or otherwise get from the cloth into the vagina. It must be placed or propelled inside to have any chance at all. Nobody has ever gotten pregnant in this way. Sera

Most unlikely!!...
Unless he ejaculated at the entrance to her vagina or inside then it's practically impossible.
She need not fear but it's always wise to take precautions and be prepared for any such situation,
