feel like I can't breath when lying down or reclining..

I am 28 weeks and for the last few weeks I feel like my diaphram is in my throat when I lay down..it feels like I can't exhale fully..anyone else have this...

hello,
I am 39 weeks and have the same feeling for a month or two now. its when i lay down on my back. i always have to be elevated to be layin on my back.

Same here. I too feel i cant breath if i lay down on my back or on the right side. The left side feels ok though in a elevated position only.

I think that'd be the baby crowding your lungs, so it feels like you can't breathe.

i am 38 weeks and for a while i couldn't breath very well either while lying on my back or right side. I was told that it was all the pressue on my lungs from the baby. I felt much better after she started to drop though and now she is in place so i can breath, if your baby hasn't dropped yet things should feel alot better after he/she does, hope i was able to help some.
