Hi, I am a guy by the way and I have a question regarding my girlfriends pregnancy. She is about 6 or 7 weeks into the pregnancy and she is constant pain. Her stomach hurts all day and night (not extreme pain but she feels it and it bothers her) and she feels her stomach is bigger than a 6 or 7 week belly. She feels like she is carrying twins. This is not our first pregnancy by the way. The whole point is that she feels something is not normal, something doesn't feel right. Does carrying twins feel like this? or should we be worry?

This doesn't mean that she's having twins. You'll be able to see if you have twins when she has her first ultrasound. A lot of people's bellies stick out a tiny bit, even 6 or 7 weeks into the pregnancy. The pain she's feeling is probably stretching pains, which are normal. If she is in a lot of pain and feels like something is wrong, she should go to her OB.

I had pain when i first got pregnant. They felt like period cramps.My doctor said that a little bit of pain in that time frame was normal due to streching of the ligaments. She has to remember that every pregnancy is different and she may feel different things this time. She should call her Dr if she is concerned. To give her piece of mind.

It depends what you mean by pain. My first few weeks I had horrible constipation which caused unbearable bloating and pressure and painful feelings. I started taking a fiber supplement and eating an apple every night, really helped. I also had severe cramping up until the 6 or 7 week then it went away.

she had an abortion this morning! I know wow! I didn't even know up until last night after I posted this. Sorry, it hurts!
