Wetness

Hello all

I'm in my second trimester and have started to get very wet down below. I have to change my knickers most days otherwise I feel dirty . The discharge doesn't smell or itch but it's quite copious (sorry if TMI).

Can anyone tell me if this is this normal please.

Alicia

Re: Wetness

My doctor told me that it was normal as long as it didn't smell or wasn't green or yellow. White and no smell is fine. I know what you mean about wanting to change. It does make you feel gross. You will also start to notice at least i did. I sweat more in that area now. I am 37weeks along. In this heat it's killing me. I have never sweated so much in my life. Good luck

Exclamation Re: Wetness

I Know How You Feel. When I Was Pregnant With My 3 Kids. It Started In The First Trimester. But Brwneyez Is Right My Doctor Said The Same Thing. As Long As Their Is No Unusual Smell Or Color Than Everything's Fine. Your Hormones Cause Crazy Stuff To Happen To Your Body When Your Pregnant. Your Fine. Just Have To Wear Panty Liners Til It Stops But It Might Not Mine Got Worse Because The Further Along You Go Then You Start Sweating Down There. It Kinda Sucks But That' Part Of Being Pregnant. Just Enjoy It!!!

Re: Wetness

Thanks for the advice. I expect the sweating is because the labia are very swollen and sensitive.

It sure does, I wore panty liners in my last pregnancy the whole time almost. Seriously. Hey, it beats getting your best friend every month. So just enjoy being pregnant. It's nothing to worry about. It's really your hormones, they cause it. I know at the end it got bad and caused me alot of anxiety. I would think maybe my water broke. lol But with all 3 kids it never did. They did it in delivery because all preg's I was induced. Keep me up to date. When are you do?
