Question 18 weeks not feeling movement anymore?

First of all I'm a plus size mom so I know my perception of movement can be a bit harder. I used to feel light flutters now and then but for the last week I haven't felt anything. Should I be concerned? I had an ultrasound two and a half weeks ago becuase the doctor couldn't pick up the baby's heartbeat and the baby was fine. I didn't have these kind of problems with my first baby so I'm a little nervous.

Is it just too early yet to count on feeling movement all the time?

Usually youdon't start doing kick counts till week 28. I went a few days with out feeling much movement, but I think she was sleeping through out the day and was active while I was sleeping. Good luck! All else fails, go see the doctor.

I would call the doctor right away. The worst that could happen is you will know for sure that baby is well. That doesn't sound so bad to me. GL!!!
