I've heard it depends on how long you were PG. My doc always said after an early m/c there's no reason to wait to get PG again. Sometimes after an early m/c you can be more fertile. But after a full term PG, it's best to wait at least 6 months, preferably longer (a year, WIC says 15 months) to make sure you don't deplete your nutritional stores too much. I think it can be bad for your bones and stuff. That makes sense to me.
