Harder to breathe

I am 23 1/2 weeks and for the past couple of days it seems like the baby just grew overnight and is creeping into my diaphram/lungs making it more difficult to breathe. I don't remember this happening with my first, but it's been 10 years since I've been pregnant. Anyone else having to purposely force yourself to take deep breaths every so often so you don't get light-headed? I don't have asthma (sp?) or anything and have never had any breathing problems, so I know this is pregnancy-related and I can feel my uterus creeping into my rib cage. If the baby grows up any more on me, it will be up my throat.
