I am not going to the gym, but I can give you a couple important tips. First, You might want to wear a heart monitor. I know that you're not supposed to let your heart rate go above 141 bpm. Also, you are not supposed to let your temperature rise past 101, as this can do damage to the baby. Stick to the cardiovascular exercises such as jogging, walking, swimming, etc. Don't do anything that can put downward pressure on your pelvic area You might want to ask an exercise physiologist or trainer at the gym which exercises do this. Also, if you're a runner, you can buy a special band to put around your waistas you grow to help support your belly so it's not bouncing all over the place. That always made me nervous. Good luck.
