I have been taking Zofran since week 9, and they said it was safe. They thought I would be off of in week 12-14, but I still have the morning sickness at almost 19 weeks!
I would recommend Zofran, but it's very expensive if you don't have insurance. I have a $25 prescription co-pay...But without insurance, it's $894 for 30 pills
My doc won't give or recommend anything to me either. I'm 13 weeks along now. My next appt is in 2 weeks. If I'm not feeling better by then...or reporting it's getting better...then he'll consider recommending drugs to me. He says now it's normal to be nauseous...and since I'm not vomiting much...he'd rather we wait to start any kind of drugs.

I was put on the medicine, because I had been vomiting blood for 3 days. I have a sensitive stomach, and the 4 weeks of vomiting really irritated the lining.
