this isnt really anything big, but im sure if you live in the east coast around jersey your having my problem too, im about 8 weeks pregnant, and we have had 30 degree weather, well yesterday it was 73 degrees

today we are getting snow

yea u guessed it i got a bad cold now

anyone know anything to do, i was gonna call my doc but im too scared to take anything this soon, should i just suffer it out?

Hey, I feel your pain. I live in upstate New York and today it's -10F pretty cold huh? I hate this weather it has been snowing non stop here. Just try to stay warm and don't go out too much. I wear layer upon layer too so I have been lucky and not had a cold at all.

I also live on the east coast, so I know what you mean about this crazy weather... Anyway, my doctor said Tylonel products are ok, but I would call your doctor if it is really bad and see what they say....

I live in Michigan where it's common to experience all 4 seasons in one day. I would definitely call your doctor because there are things you can take, but some things you can't take in the first trimester. Sudafed helps for head colds and sinus infections and is safe to take during pregnancy, but again, clear it with your doctor since you are still in the first trimester. I hope you feel better!

my doc allowed me to take nothing but tylenol during my first trimester, so yes, you should clear it up with your doc. nothing to be afraid of. A cold is a cold, won't hurt the baby unless you take something you shouldn't. good luck and feel better
