lovely 12 week scan!!!!
I had my scan today!! i made the mistake of going to the toilet before i went in so my bladder was empty so i had to go out again and drink myself stupid!!! but it was sooooooo lovely!!! i am so in love with my baby now its real and its fantastic!! nothing will top this feeling!! apart from the birth!! the heartbeat was lovely and strong and it was waving and kicking its legs like crazy!!!
What a high it puts u on!! especially when its your first!! cant wait until the 20 week scan!!

Oh, I'm soooo happy for you! I have doc appt. afterwork today and am bringing my hubby so we can HOPEFULLY hear the heartbeat for the first time!
I'm glad your scan went well, you sound sooo happy!

It is special! think we all feel that way as it become real! it wasnt before as i didnt know what was happening down there! good luck in your appointment

Good for you. It's so wonderful.
I don't know where you live but here in the USA they aren't very generous with their ultrasounds! I will only have one the 20th week, I'm only 13 weeks and it seems so far away. But reading your post makes me feel so much better. We did hear the heartbeat the other day and it sounded so adorable, that made me feel pregnant.

Hope all goes well for you and keep us posted.

Im in the UK! our health system is more generous i think! LOL! its magic! seeing it move all around! it hates being prodded by that scanner though couldnt get away fast enough! i want to know what it is in may want a little boy! the little ribs and heart u will see it and fall in love trust me!
