No medication aside from birth control pills, which you wouldn't want to be taking if you were trying to get pregnant (although, if you're not trying, the Pill would likely be able to regulate your cycle). I'd say if you're trying to get pregnant, you may want to get one of those ovulation testers so you'll know when you're ovulating...or do temperature charting (there's more info on these methods on the TTC - Trying To Conceive board) - but otherwise, I think a blood test will eventually be your best bet to determine whether or not you're pregnant on this go round. I'd say give it 4-6 weeks from when you noticed the stretchy discharge and then start testing. Good luck.
