I am 19 years old and I started my period when I was 13 and got on birth control and all and I stop taking bc when I was 16 and I haven't had a period since. I am engaged now and we are wanting to try to have a baby and I don't have a period so I don't really know when or if I'm ovulating. I've been to 3 doctors and they all say I'm okay and want to put me on bc but if I'm on that then I can't get pregnant. How can I find out If I'm ovulating? What are some ways to get pregnant in my situation and if anyone has had this situation what did you do? Thank you so much. This can be very depressing. (I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now btw) Thanks again.
I dont have periods either this is how I did it
I started the bc pill just so I WOULD have one and ovulate and took a home test to see when I was ovulating then bedded then. You can do a ****** search to see then your most fertial days and bed then. it worked the first time for us.
I agree with mommaboyz. I know of some people who have had to start on b/c just to get their periods. I would ask the doctor about doing that, it doesnt hurt to try and it just might work!! Good luck and I'm sorry i cant be of more help!! ------Steph!!
I would definately go to the doctor... I have a friend who wasn't getting periods, after some tests she found out she was not ovulating... They currently have her on something for three months that should help her body ovulate... if that doesn't work, they are going to start infertility drugs... Good Luck with everything!
