If you are 2 weeks late, then I would think if you were pregnant, it would show up. But it's possible that your hormone levels might not be strong enough yet to pick it up. I would get a blood test done at the drs office if you still don't start. Otherwise, it could be a few things causing a late period. If you are under a lot of stress, like if you are stressing about a possible pregnancy, than that might be affecting you. But if you aren't stressing over that, then maybe try another test in a few more days, like early next week. And if it is still negative, give your dr a call and see if you can get a blood test, that way you can find out for sure. Good luck!

i agree...sometimes the HCG is too low...when you buy a pregnancy test it usually will tell you how high it goes to detect the HCG in your urine...i would say it should show up...my mom found out in 2 weeks that she was pregnant with me and she didnt even miss her period yet...she had a lot of symptoms...what are your symptoms by the way? goodluck
