I have read that if u have intercourse of the day or the day before u ovulate that it will be a boy and if u have intercourse 3 days before it will be a girl. Is this true? How about if u have intercourse every day around ovulation?
No. There are suspose to be proven days where your more likley to have a girl than a boy but it doesnt matter I believe you will get what you get. The last time we only bedded on the ''girl'' days and still got a boy.
The only thing I have heard is that "boy" sperm swim quick and fast, but die pretty quick. "Girl" sperm swim slower but last longer than the boys do. I am not sure there are any proven clinical reports on it, but it would make sense that if you had sex on the day you ovualted chances are maybe better you would get a boy.
But I do think you get what you get.
Sharp I have heard the same that you and SusieQ said, combined, but that there is no certainty! So many things factor in. Only time will tell unless you do gender selection. Goodluck to you.

Basically if you have sex 3-5 days before you O you are more likely to have a girl, and if you have sex right around when you O, you are more likely to have a boy. I think the odds are somewhere around 75% either way. But if you have sex every day or every other day around O, you probably have the usual 50-50 chances.
