I had that last night, and called, and they said probably nothing, but then i had one itty bitty tiny spot of blood, and called back and they said come in today, so i did, and it's an infection, not a big deal, just some antibiotics, but if you don't treat it it can cause pre-term labor. So, call them just to check. You might be having a diff pain than I was too.
