i had the same thing throughout my second tri and into my third,i usually wake up at three then get back to sleep around seven,all i can say is try not to stress out and if you know your wide awake get up and read a book or go on the pc,it beats staring at the ceiling getting frustrated,i feel rather good at the mo because it has'nt happened for about 2 weeks,insted i am waking up at 6am but that is nowhere near as bad,i'm 30+4 wks.
