It is probably just a withdrawl bleed. Since you normally change the ring every 3 weeks, you don't get a period. So, now that you have not put a new one in, your body is just withdrawing from the horomones. Taking the ring out on the 11th and having sex on the 18th would put you at CD7. So I think that you are unlikely pregnant. Although anything is possible. If this is a withdrawl bleed, which I am sure it is, chances are you have not ovulated yet. You will probably ovulate the next go round. Oh & the bleeding for a month prior to the cyst, cysts can sometimes cause irregular bleeding.
