I think i have another yeast infection

i am getting like clumps of white discharge down there and it is a little itchy. now i am 34 weeks pregnant is it possible to still use a over the counter medication to get rid of it at this stage in my pregnancy and also the baby has dropped and is down low so the doctor is saying so can you still use that stuff now?

I had one at 32 weeks pregnant, along with bacterial vaginosis. My doctor prescribed a 3-day Diflucam for the yeast infection which cleared it right up. I would suggest a visit to your doctor to get the good stuff rather than the OTC stuff which may or may not clear it up without recurrance. You don't want to risk recurrance that close to 36 weeks.

oh ok thanks for your responce.. its just getting on my nerves always having these.. i mean this is like my third time since i was pregnant.. ugh!!..

My entire pregnancy has been plauged with them my doc kept telling me to use the over the counter kind and they wouldn't work.I have heard though the longer the treatment time on those the more effective.I asked for a perscription and before I had a chance to take it it went away.I am 35 weeks and I think its all hormonal hopefully it doesn't come back.
