I get this same feeling too. And I was told it wa hemmoroids and I got those from being constipated. I know its gross but they go away and there are creams or wipes you can use for them. When you wipe they can be painful. But thats the only thing I can think of that goes with the pressure feeling on the butt. At least only in my pregnancy. Good luck hope it gets better
