Size and weight of Baby
What is the usual weight for a baby during 20-22 weeks. I asked them the size and the they said its hard to determine because the baby is curled up but said she was almost a pound. Doesn't this seem large?

No thats right...baby should be right around a pound! I had a niece born at 21 weeks and she was just a hair under a pound.

I had an ultrasound at 23 weeks & my baby weighed exactly 1 pound 6 ounces. They told me that was very normal. So your baby doesn't sound big at all. At 25 weeks my baby weighed 1 pound 11 ounces. None of my children weighed over 7 pounds when they were born so it's normal.
