I agree with the previous post. There could be many reasons for high blood pressure (psychological, physiological, other illnesses). To prove one, it should be monitored for days/ taken 3-4 times a day and to seek the reason for it and respectively the treatment.
I had high blood pressure after my first child. In my case it was due to the weight I put on during the pregnancy and the breastfeeding. After I have started to lose weight, the high blood pressure went down.
