Have you tried lifting weights? I do bodybuilding ( a bit less now that I'm 6 mos pregnant) and I went down a full cup size (before pregnancy). Get a competent trainer to show you how to do some chest excercises. You'll build muscle and burn fat. And don't stick to the weenie weights either. (there's no reason why a fully grown woman should be lifting less than a 5 year old could lift...yet i see it all the time.)
