Re: Sagging Breasts

maybe some chest exercises? i don't really know, I hope I don't have that problem, mine are so big. I have seen women who have them literally hanging to their belly buttons.

Re: Sagging Breasts

Try wearing bras with good support. Getting your bra's sized at a bra shop. Some of the ladies that work at these places are trained to correctly size you. Call them first.

Re: Sagging Breasts

Wearing a good support bra at night while you sleep is suppose to help. You're suppose to do this through your whole pregnancy.

Re: Sagging Breasts

lol.. Honestly in my opinion wear all the support bras you like.. do chest exercises do anything you think might help.. but gravity is mean to most after you have a child.. to me its something that can not be helped.. Im sure you could do something to change how much they will sag.. but I dont think you can make the problem go away as if it never could be there..

Re: Sagging Breasts

I was just fixing to say that, lol.
I serioulsy am considering having it though. Mine are so big that they make my back hurt and I have marks from my straps and all. If it's really bad, sometimes you can get insurance to pay for it.

Unhappy Re: Sagging Breasts

I am 43 and have 4 children. My breasts whats left of them are sagging and look deflated. Is there any one out there who has tried any pills or creams that are safe and really do work to help this problem.

Re: Sagging Breasts

Have you tried lifting weights? I do bodybuilding ( a bit less now that I'm 6 mos pregnant) and I went down a full cup size (before pregnancy). Get a competent trainer to show you how to do some chest excercises. You'll build muscle and burn fat. And don't stick to the weenie weights either. (there's no reason why a fully grown woman should be lifting less than a 5 year old could lift...yet i see it all the time.)

Re: Sagging Breasts

I've asked several Q to my friends about this issue. The consistent answers I've received are that your breasts most likely will be more saggy when it's all done...even if you care for the skin diligently, don't get stretch marks, etc. The same comment I get from everyone is there are a lot of really good bras out there that can push everything back up.
