This must seem silly Im sure but with everything and everyone tellign you what you can and cannot do during pregnancy it is hard knowing what is fact from fiction. I liek to go for a jog now and then and I was wondering if I really should quit jogging. I assumed as I get further along I would have to. On that same note does anyone know any good websites about excersixe and pregnancy? Thank you for your replies and take care.
From what I was told by my doctor it was fine if that was what I was use to .But later in my pregnacie i would have to slow down and be really carefull . which is true I am so clumsey now .It's easy to lose balance and fall so be carefull.
