Re: Strange question

I highly doubt it will happen only once. It might not happen everyday, but maybe every other day. I started leaking in about my 5 or 6th month a bit and it continued well into my 9th month. It wasn't pouring out or anything...not anything compared to what I experienced a few days after I delivered my son...my breats were engorged!! I could not believe how badly they hurt.

Re: Strange question

I started at about 5-6 months as well, my first leak was sleeping too...I think because I must have been putting more pressure on them the way I was sleeping. Now they leak more but very little amounts...I just got over a sinus cold and every time I blew my nose I got 2 teeny wet spots on both sides...LOL. For me it continued until after I had weaned my daughter, but some people don't ever have the problem, so it's hard to say. They do make very thin breast pads...but if you are leaking so little I would say you are probably fine without them for now...I don't wear them and only notice the leaky spots if I wear my pj's with no bra.

Re: Strange question

I leak quite often and quite large amounts but it only happens when I'm not wearing a bra around the house. I'll suddenly feel wet, look down, and see a huge ol wet spot. So usually I just wear comfy shirts around the house and expect to leak in them. I'm not leaking regularly enough that it would warrant pads yet...as often as it is. BTW I'm 6 almost 7 months.

Re: Strange question

It CAN only happen just once. I am 8 months & I only leaked one time in my 6th month. It hasn't happened again....so far. With all my other pregnancies I never leaked not once until the baby was born.
