If i'm not mistaken I think LEU stands for leukocytes in urine. If so, then these may be indicative of infection or of inflammation from some other cause.

Probably leukocytes and there are normally "trace amounts" in the urine. Between 0-10 is considered normal. It tests for white blood cells in the urine and can indicate an infection... most likely a Urinary Tract Infection.
