a week ago i took the morning after pill about 7 hours after unprotected sex. my bf said that he pulled out before but just to be sure i took plan b after. now a week later im feeling fatigue breast tenderness and nausea. i know for sure i wasnt pregnant before taking the morning after pill.. but could this be signs of pregnancy? the side effects for plan b are similar to those of pregnancy. could i possibly be pregnant?? i called planned parenthood where i got the morning after pill and they told me that it was highly unlikely that after 7 hrs i got pregnant. could my symptoms be from pms? HELLLLPPPPPP!!!!

Anything is possible, but in your case I really wouldn't worry considering he "pulled" out and you took the morning after pill. I know that the MAP can make you experience symptoms of those close to maybe you getting your period such as breast tenderness, a little nasuea, slight stomach cramps, but it may also throw off your menstraul cycle by a couple of days or even weeks. Just, don't freak out right away if you don't get your next expected period on time. Maybe next time condoms and or birth control (heck get on both) would be your best choice if your not wanting a pregnancy. Good luck.

Hey NY girl.

Eventhough I am psyched about having my little boy, I can empathize with the frozen guts feeling of perhaps being pregnant when I didn't want to be. As Roxy said, the MAP can throw a lot off as can worry. It sucks but you probably have to wait until you expect your next period and then if it is late, take a test. If it's negative and you are still worried, go to your doc. or a Family Planning/Planned Parenthood clinic for a blood test.

Try not to worry. ( I know, easier said than done)
