Our little one was born via c-section on June 10 @ 8:43 am. He is 8lbs 2oz and 20.5 inches long. He is so adorable. The c-section was not as bad as I expected. Once I got the spinal I could feel everything they did but NO pain. I was walking the next morning and I came home on the 12th. I am doing good with the help of a little pain medication. Our little one is doing good too. He spent the whole time in the hospital by me. I gave him his first bottle and after that he did not go to the nursery unless they had to check his stats or bath him. The nurses at the hospital drove me nuts but now that we are home things are good.

Congratulations, glad everything went well. I agree, sometimes it is much better at home then with nurses pestering you. Take care and don't overdo it.

hugs28 - the dr wanted me to stay 5 days but he had another dr covering for him on Sunday and when she came to the hospital to check in on me. I just happened to be up walking around. I was brushing me teeth and getting ready for a shower. She told me if I was her patient she would say I could go home. And I asked her if she would discharge me since I was not getting rest at the hospital and I felt great. So she said I could go!!
Glad to hear that all went well and that it seems you are recovering fairly quickly. I also like the name!
