Question Muscle pain........

Hey girls, another question for you all..

Im 24 weeks and I have this pain in my inside thigh area, sort of in groin area. Its like Ive been working out and my muscles are sore. But I havent been doing anything. Really!! Its almost feeling like Im carrying a bowling bowl down there with my thigh/groin muscles. Make sense? Is this something caused by me carrying her low? Her getting bigger and therefore more pressure from carrying her? Or is it the pelvic muscles? Just wondering. It hurts more when Ive been sitting for awhile or laying on the couch. But always there when walking..

Its always something, huh!

Re: Muscle pain........

I have carried low my whole pregnancy, and as a result have had horrible groin and pelvic pain. So it's quite possible that this is what is going on. Hopefully it won't get too bad for you, but I haven't found anything as of yet that has helped it out. My dr said really the only thing that will help is delivery, so in other words, I had to live with it. I just took tylenol when it was bothering me a ton, and that settled it down a little. And just try and stay off your feet as much as possible, cause I guess being up like that triggers the pain. Hang in there though.

Re: Muscle pain........

I had that with my first pg...I found that Taylor sitting (on the floor with the soles of your feet together and bring them in as close to your body as you can to stretch those muslces out), and tyleonl helped a bunch. Hope it helps you too!!
